What does this mean- just describe it to me please?

Abella asked:

Can you please explain what this means? Who spearheaded the negotiations? I am so confused…

Bush’s administration, along with the Progressive Conservative Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, spearheaded the negotiations of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which would eliminate the majority of tariffs on products traded among the United States, Canada, and Mexico, to encourage trade amongst the countries.
Yeah I know, George Bush was an idiot. So was his son.

long term contract is now commonplace among this elite group. Nevertheless, rarely does a season pass without negotiations between one or more of the players’ associations and team owners for additional salary and fringe benefits for ALL players in their particular sports.
If a players’ association wanted to support its argument for higher ”average” salaries, which measure of central tendency do you think it should use and why?
To refute the argument, which measure of central tendency should the owners apply to the players’ salaries and why?

The pirates were tricked into thinking they were in for more negotiations when they were ambushed by the most powerful military on earth. Should Obama be hauled into The Hague for trial?

Do you look towards Barak Obama for positive changes in the Middle East?

There are a lot of people who expect Obama to work wonders here in the Middle East, and amongst them are Arabs. Do you think he’ll be able to do anything useful though? I mean, American foriegn policy is run by Israel, and they can’t have negotiations with any group that does not recognize Israel as a state. Even if he has good intentions, he’ll never be able to carry them out. Should we really get our hopes up for this guy?

What the heck is John McCain’s position on the bailout?

OK- Obama has made his points quite clearly - and outlined them to the President in yesterday’s meeting. McCain has NOT STATED what he wants to see in this bill at all.

How can he change the outcome of these negotiations if he has no position?
Thanks Kellie - for showing you have no idea either.

rubix110 asked:

Last may we decided to consolidate our debt and made payments to a debt relief company who would begin negotiations as soon as we paid the finance charges. Never got that far b/c our state passed law that said they could not do business with us, we got refunded. In the meantime we have been turned over to collection agencies, should I negotiate with them on my own?

Negotiations in innumerable forums, voices everywhere is perennial to come to a cease, but this topic on whether the world might cease during 2012 is stimulating.

I do not feel the world is going to cease as it is not superlative to perceive so much about,it is gibberish. Is the Earth currently apparently going to be exploded?

What are your precognitions?

Why do we not know where McCain stands re the bail out and what HIS policy is?

trmdiva asked:

Supposedly he has been helpful in negotiations. Where does he stand?? I just saw the GOP dance around this question and NOT answer it. Why do we not know what his position is? Why is this some big secret? If McCain has some good ideas, whey can’t we hear them?
Bush and Obama put out a joint statement at first and now it seems his view is unknown??

Where do we go now? Now that we have seen what unbridled greed and rampant unscrupulousness?

have done for the US real estate and financial markets?

Isn’t this where most of us would like to see some real change? How about a return to truly honorable selling and lending practices, and investment negotiations?

Are such things possible in this era of shame and the exposure of just how Dirty the markets were??

Has there been any follow up about the Russian “trade missions” Palin claimed to have been a part of?

Barometer Soup asked:

In the Couric interview, when Palin was asked if she had ever been involved in negotiations with the Russians, she said, ” there have been trade missions…”

Has there been any follow up as to what she meant by “trade missions” and what exactly she meant by this?
